Initial Quotation

First a detailed survey is carried out to ensure that our clients get the right cleaning package they need. By doing this and listening to what our clients require, we are able to provide a detailed tailor made quotation.

Checking and Monitoring of standards

We monitor standards by way of monthly site meetings with our clients. This gives an opportunity for face to face communication to ensure the office cleaning is being maintained to a high standard. 

We also carry out quarterly cleaning audits where we monitor the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. This is an invaluable tool where upon the client is asked to fill in this audit in their own time or a self audit would be carried out by a cleaning supervisor. A copy of the self audit would be left with the client for them to make and/or amend any comments made.

In addition to the above methods we also issue our clients with a sign in book which is used for reporting any minor issues that may arise. This direct form of communication has become a very effective system in detecting and rectifying any problems both early and immediately.

Training and Methods

Staff training is conducted for our staff to ensure they are fully trained in various cleaning tasks and are proficient in carrying out their duties both proficiently and safely. 

This includes instruction on colour coding of mops and cloths to prevent cross contamination. This along with Health & Safety training in conjunction with ‘COSSH awareness’ forms an important part of our working procedures. All our staff are issued with identifying uniform and carry ID’s, CRB checks are also made for our clients peace of mind.
